By submitting an order and completing payment on the Knowgeeks website, you agree to these Payment Terms and our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
Knowgeeks currently accepts the following payment methods:
Eligible credit and payment cards:
Accelerated checkout methods:
Eligible installment option:
Only payment methods displayed during checkout are available for the applicable order.
The availability of a payment method may vary depending on the customer’s country or region, device, browser, order value, billing address, payment account status, and payment-provider requirements.
When paying by card, customers may be required to provide the following information through our secure checkout:
Card acceptance is subject to authorization by the issuing bank and the applicable payment provider.
The appearance of a card brand at checkout does not guarantee that every card issued under that brand will be accepted for every transaction.
Knowgeeks will not request a complete card number, security code, or payment-account password through email, text message, or social media.
Customers may use Shop Pay to complete an accelerated checkout using contact, shipping, billing, and payment information saved to their Shop Pay account.
Customers may be required to confirm their account using a verification code or another authentication method.
Shop Pay availability may depend on the customer’s device, browser, location, account status, and Shopify’s applicable requirements.
Use of Shop Pay is also subject to Shopify’s and Shop Pay’s own terms, privacy policies, and security procedures.
Eligible customers may be offered Shop Pay Installments during checkout.
Eligibility, available payment plans, initial payment amounts, installment periods, interest rates, and any other charges are determined by the information displayed at checkout and the applicable third-party payment provider.
Knowgeeks does not determine:
Customers should carefully review the installment agreement displayed during checkout before confirming an order.
Choosing an installment plan does not change the product price, shipping timeframe, return period, or return eligibility requirements established by Knowgeeks.
Customers may use PayPal to complete payment through an eligible PayPal account.
When PayPal is selected, customers may be redirected to PayPal to sign in, select an available funding source, and authorize the transaction.
Available funding sources may include:
Available funding methods, account verification, and transaction approval are determined by PayPal.
Knowgeeks does not control PayPal account restrictions, payment reviews, or transaction decisions.
Eligible customers may use Google Pay to complete accelerated checkout using payment and contact information saved to Google Wallet.
Google Pay availability may depend on:
Customers may be required to complete device verification, account verification, or another security-authentication procedure.
Customers are not required to register or sign in to a Knowgeeks account to complete the standard checkout process.
Customers may enter their email address, shipping address, billing information, and payment information and submit an order as a guest.
When Shop Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay is selected, the applicable provider may require the customer to sign in to or verify the relevant third-party payment account.
Knowgeeks product prices and checkout totals are currently displayed and charged in:
United States dollars (USD)
The final currency and order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed.
If the customer’s payment account uses a different currency, the issuing bank or payment provider may apply:
These fees are charged and controlled by the customer’s bank or payment provider, not by Knowgeeks.
Before payment is submitted, checkout will display the applicable:
Customers are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, shipping address, shipping method, discounts, and final order total before completing payment.
By selecting the payment button or confirming payment through an accelerated checkout service, the customer authorizes Knowgeeks and the applicable payment provider to charge the order total displayed at checkout.
Knowgeeks will not increase the confirmed order amount without obtaining the customer’s authorization.
Applicable shipping charges and sales taxes will be calculated and displayed before payment is completed.
International orders may also be subject to charges imposed by the destination country or region, including:
Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, they are normally the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected separately by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.
Promotional codes must be entered and successfully applied during checkout before an order is submitted.
Unless the applicable promotion states otherwise:
The final order total displayed before payment will reflect any discount successfully applied.
After an order is submitted, payment may be subject to:
An order will not enter processing until payment has been successfully authorized and any required review has been completed.
A payment authorization or pending transaction shown by a bank does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.
Knowgeeks reserves the right to cancel an order when payment is incomplete, inventory is unavailable, a clear pricing error has occurred, or the transaction cannot pass a reasonable security review.
If payment has been captured and the order is subsequently canceled, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
A payment may be declined or fail because of:
If payment fails, the order might not be created or processed.
Customers may review their payment details, select another payment method, or contact their issuing bank or payment provider.
Because financial institutions generally do not provide merchants with complete decline details, Knowgeeks might not be able to explain the specific reason for a declined payment.
Some payments may temporarily appear as pending transactions or authorization holds.
A pending authorization does not always represent a completed charge. A bank or payment provider may temporarily reserve funds while verifying the account and transaction.
If an order is not successfully completed, the authorization hold is generally released automatically by the bank or payment provider.
The release timeframe is determined by the relevant financial institution, and Knowgeeks cannot manually accelerate this process.
When two similar transactions appear, customers should first confirm whether one transaction is only a pending authorization rather than a completed charge.
To report a possible duplicate charge, please contact us and provide:
Do not send a complete card number, security code, or account password by email.
Knowgeeks uses a secure and encrypted Shopify checkout system and authorized third-party payment providers to process transactions.
Card and payment-account information is transmitted directly through the applicable payment system. Knowgeeks does not store complete card numbers, security codes, or third-party payment-account passwords on its own servers.
Payment providers process transactions according to their own security standards, privacy policies, and verification requirements.
Although reasonable measures are used to protect payment information, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Knowgeeks and its payment partners may review orders for security purposes.
We may request reasonable additional information to verify:
If the requested verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period, the order may be delayed or canceled.
Knowgeeks may cancel and refund an order when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, promotional abuse, false information, or other suspicious activity.
After successful payment, an order confirmation email will normally be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
The confirmation may include:
Customers should review the confirmation promptly and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
An order confirmation does not mean that the order has shipped. The order remains subject to payment confirmation, inventory verification, and order processing.
Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
Because orders may enter processing shortly after payment, Knowgeeks cannot guarantee that every change or cancellation request can be completed.
An order generally cannot be canceled after it has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Orders that have already shipped must be returned in accordance with the Knowgeeks Return and Refund Policy.
All refunds are handled in accordance with the Knowgeeks Return and Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order, including:
Knowgeeks normally submits an approved refund within 1–2 business days.
During public holidays, promotional events, or periods of high refund volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.
After a refund is submitted, the bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the funds in the customer’s account.
The actual posting timeframe is determined by the bank or payment provider and is outside the control of Knowgeeks.
For an order paid through Shop Pay Installments, the refund will be applied or returned according to the applicable installment provider’s procedures and may adjust the customer’s remaining balance.
For questions about an order or payment, please contact us before submitting a payment dispute or chargeback:
We will review the issue using the applicable order records, payment records, tracking information, and store policies.
When a payment dispute is submitted, we may provide the payment provider with:
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful dispute rights under applicable law or payment-provider rules.
Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, and Google Pay are operated by third-party providers.
Use of these services may also be governed by the applicable provider’s:
Knowgeeks does not control third-party account eligibility, technical operation, transaction approval, account restrictions, or processing timeframes.
Knowgeeks may add, suspend, or remove available payment methods based on business and payment-service requirements.
The payment methods actually displayed during checkout at the time of purchase will be the final available options for that transaction.
These Payment Terms may be updated when available payment methods or payment procedures change.
Nothing in these Payment Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides customers with greater protection than these terms, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.
